• 2 oz. blanco or reposado tequila 
  • 1 oz. lime juice 
  • ¾ oz. agave syrup (simple syrup works as a substitute) 
  • ½ teaspoon edible green luster dust 
  • 2 oz. sparkling water 


  1. Add the agave, lime juice, green luster dust and tequila into a mixing tin or a bartender’s shaking tin. Add enough ice to fill the container. 
  2. Stir vigorously or if using a shaking tin, shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Shaking will create bubbles which provide a more intense aroma and greater mouthfeel. 
  3. Add the sparkling water and swirl or stir to combine. Strain into an iced glass of your choice. Garnish with a lime wheel, lime wedge, or dehydrated lime.
