Their most recent creation, “Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with Mint Garlic Vinaigrette,” is a perfect example of this. With a flavorful herb crust on the chops before searing, and then a tart but balanced vinaigrette to finish the dish, this recipe is simple to prepare but impressive for any special guest.
This recipe uses the Wolf Sealed Rangetop and the M series oven on convection roast mode. The rangetop provides a fast high heat giving a nicely browned carmelization. In the new Wolf M series oven, the Dual Verticross convection system provides a fast pre-heat and assures an even cooking. Both will help you predict perfect results with every use.
