Roasted Beef Striploin with Porcini Mushroom Sauce

Simply select the convection roast mode at 375 degrees, insert the temperature probe, and let the oven work its magic. Depending on the size of your striploin it should take about 35-45 minutes, giving ample time to make the sauce. Our Executive Chef, Ivan Dubrwiny, sears the striploin on the Wolf Dual Fuel range griddle or charbroiler. Its high heat and powerful control allows the perfect sear before moving it to the oven to finish roasting.
The Porcini Mushroom sauce calls for a cup of your favorite Cabernet or Merlot, combined with dried mushrooms, garlic, butter, and shallots for a delicious sauce to accompany the steak.
