Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Small Tomato (finely chopped – drain some of the extra juice)
- 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Chili Powder (or cayenne pepper)
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Add Salt to Taste
- 2 tablespoons Butter (or vegetable oil)
Instructions:
- Add all Ingredients (but the oil) into a bowl and mix it well.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick frying pan. (Medium heat)
- pour in Omelet mix,
- Flip after 3 mins.
- Cook 2nd side for 4 mins.
