Ingredients: 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Small Tomato (finely chopped – drain some of the extra juice)
  • 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Powder (or cayenne pepper)
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Add Salt to Taste
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (or vegetable oil)

Instructions:

  1. Add all Ingredients (but the oil) into a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Heat the oil in a large nonstick frying pan. (Medium heat)
  3. pour in Omelet mix,
  4. Flip after 3 mins.
  5. Cook 2nd side for 4 mins.
  6. Enjoy!
