Prawn Pot Stickers with Sesame Soy Dipping Sauce


Who doesn’t love a good pot sticker? We know we certainly do. Traditionally, pot stickers are filled with a mix of pork and shrimp, sometimes chicken, or even all mushroom… and most often seasoned with ginger. For this recipe, we are using prawns.. which depending on your preferences can be substituted for the filling of your choice. We are using the Wolf Induction Cooktop to fry the bottom of the pot sticker, and then steam for the ideal pot sticker texture.

For the Sesame Soy dipping sauce, you simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit while you craft your pot stickers to perfection. The Wolf Induction Cooktop is perfect for the pot sticker because it requires a very high heat to get a good sear, and then the cooktop will also reduce it’s heat quickly when it comes time to steam.. ensuring the water does not evaporate too quickly. This is key for attaining the perfect texture and not having your pot stickers come out soggy!
