Shaunna Jones, Vice President of People Operations (pictured here with her sons Chris & Michael and daughter Terra). Shaunna joined Riggs in January of this year. “I am thrilled to be part of this amazing organization! Riggs puts people first by seeking to understand what each of our team members wants and needs to be successful and making the right connections to support individual growth and enjoyment!” Shaunna lives in Los Gatos and enjoys spending time at home amongst the redwoods, popping over to Santa Cruz for bike riding along the coast and finding new places to explore with family and friends. Her three children are her favorite people in the entire world. If given the opportunity, she will happily talk your ear off about how incredibly talented and entertaining they are! Shaunna is a musical theatre aficionado and fierce board game and bar trivia competitor.
