Alyssa Gakiya, Office Administrator. Since August, 2021, Alyssa has lead office administration and order desk for Riggs Distributing’s Hawaii office. Alyssa shares her thoughts about working at Riggs, “My favorite thing about Riggs is the people! I love working with the Hawaii team. Everyone here is very funny and easy to get along with. The Burlingame team is amazing as well, I can’t wait to see them again!” Alyssa currently lives in Ward Village in Honolulu, next to Ala Moana Beach Park and mall. She loves that there are a lot of entertainment and restaurants within walking distance to her home. Her favorite activity is eating (Alyssa enjoys trying new restaurants at least once a week) and going to the beach. The picture shows her and her boyfriend at Coronado Beach in California. Alyssa was surprised at how much colder California beaches are compared to Hawaiian beaches; it was her first time wearing a coat to the beach!
