Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground lamb, formed into 3oz slider size burgers (ground beef or ground turkey can be substituted)
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ pound crumbled feta cheese
- 1 pt Greek Yogurt sauce (see recipe)
- 10-12 small slider buns (Pan De Sal, Hawaiian Rolls, or other small bun)
Instructions:
- Form the burgers and place them on a parchment lined sheet pan. Season them salt and pepper on both sides.
- Preheat the Wolf Sealed Range Top Char-Broiler. Drizzle the olive oil over the burgers to coat the outside (this will prevent sticking on the grill). While the char- broiler heats, slice and toast the buns.
- Begin grilling the sliders for 3-5 minutes on one side. (This also can be done in a grill pan on a burner if you do not have the Wolf Char-Broiler) Once cooked on one side flip the burgers over and place some feta cheese on each burger. Grill for 3- 5minutes longer
- Once the burgers are done place them on a bun and top with a tablespoon of yogurt sauce. Serve and enjoy!
Greek Yogurt Sauce-
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt.
- 2 cloves garlic minced.
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped.
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped.
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped.
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste.
