The Sub-Zero | Wolf Culinary Event Center is centrally located on Rollins Road in Burlingame, close to the San Francisco International Airport, twenty minutes from the City, a half-mile from the Millbrae Bart and CalTrain Station.
Mix & Match
Be inspired. Craft an event to your taste that allows you the best of both worlds. Work productively with colleagues during the day in our Rollins Room Auditorium, and reward the team with a hands-on cooking event in the afternoon. Host a blind wine tasting in the Churchill Pub, or a cozy, multi-course dinner among friends in our Coppola Dining Room.
Contemporary Kitchen
This 13-seat open-layout kitchen is an innovative example of modern design. This spacious kitchen is ideal for hands-on cooking classes, chef demonstrations, and networking events. With the addition of bar tables, this space can accommodate up to 40 guests.
The Churchill Pub
Our intimate 8-seat pub transports you to the private bar of an estate in the English country. This beautiful and uniquely decorated space is complete with a full bar, Sub-Zero Wine Unit and extensive Undercounter Refrigeration. The Churchill Pub is perfect for cocktail parties, wine tastings, and mixology classes. The space can accommodate up to 18 guests.
Coppola Dining Room
The formal dining room accommodates up to 12 guests for a seated luncheon or dinner. Complete with a functional fireplace, the Renaissance-Era style of the room lends an air of elegance to any event. The space is ideal for business lunches or celebratory dinners.
Sorrento Kitchen
With counter seating for up to 10, and additional tables available to seat up to 25, this traditional kitchen space is the comforting hearth of our home, ideal for gathering around favorite meals. This space is best used for cooking classes, intimate catered dinners and any occasion that calls for a warm and inviting environment.
The Sub-Zero Wine Grotto
Showcasing the best available in Sub-Zero Wine Storage Units, our wine grotto is the ideal location from which to have a sommelier pour wine for your special event. Your guests will think they have arrived in the caves of one of the most exclusive wineries in the world as they sip and enjoy.
The Rollins Room
Our 1,600 square foot auditorium can be set for any kind of function. From formal gala dining and business meetings to classroom settings or dance floors and DJs, we have you covered. Complete with audio/visual capabilities and beautiful artwork, this space is a perfect combination of refinement and functionality. Dependent upon seating style, this room can accommodate up to 200 guests.
